"Iva was a fantastic host. Even months before our stay she was quick to respond to any questions we had. When we arrived she stayed in touch to ensure we had no problems. The apartment is very spacious and in a perfect location. A short walk to amazing bakeries, fruit stores, restaurants and only a short walk away is a metro station. The beds are comfy and plenty of room for storage. Thoughtful touches throughout the apartment made the stay very comfortable. We were able to completely relax in the space. Would highly recommend! The extra touches really topped off the stay!"

"This loft is absolutely fantastic it has a very cool vibe to it. We’ve been to Paris a few times, this was easily the best place we’ve stayed. We stayed 3 nights with our 2 adult kids & their partners, the lay out was exactly what we needed for the six of us. The glass ceiling was spectacular & let in so much light. The location was excellent, with great restaurants & a metro station near by. Very simply check in & easy to find. The communication & local information was great, a very helpful responsive host ! We would highly recommend this place & will be back ourselves on day. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"the loft is exceptional. It is an old cafe theatre located in the basement of a traditional Parisian building. But you really get enough light thanks to a very big glass roof (up to the point that we even used the electric curtains to have some shade). Rooms are basic, but with enough space and comfortable beds. Despite the fact that it is a loft, the setup allows for many people to get the necessary privacy. The common area with a very well equipped kitchen makes for wonderful dinners under the Paris sky. The flat itself is very well positioned, in the heart of the Montmartre district. Walking distance from basically everything you need. With nice cafés, restaurants, shops, public transport... you name it. Ultimately, an excellent base to visit whole of Paris. We really liked it (travelled as two families with 4 kids in total, aged 11-15)."

"Well kept, well organized and furnished, there’s everything you might need and even more!(like washing machine and dryer that we didn’t even use). 5 adults and 2 kids was a perfect space, 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Good wifi, smart tv. good Location, walkable and pretty neighborhood, 2min walking to lamark metro 12 station"

"There aren’t windows on the wall but just on the living room ceiling that is of glass, so if you’re a bit claustrophobic probably not the best. Also the living w room ceiling is basically a big window and the cover is white so doesn’t really make the apartment obscure, but at the end wasn’t a problem for us."
